Google Earth

I was watching the news the other night, and they were reporting about how Google Earth might be a security risk.  So, I had to go and check it out.  I now have all of your houses pushpinned.  Maxine, your gravel yard looks fantastic from the air, but you were parked corooked in your driveway when the satalite took the photograph...lol.  Gwen, Google earth thinks you live in the middle of the intersection... so, which house IS yours?  It is kind of fun to zoom in and say... there's where my family lives!

Nifty! I jumped around and showed Dan some of the places we've lived. Mine is on the bottom right. UTEP is nifty to look at too...it's HUGE!

Ok, so when you log into google earth, type in your address in the search box. It will spiral down to earth, and put a light colored square on the map and the houses will look really tiny. Then you scroll your mouse over to the top right hand corner, to the vertical +/- bar and use the + to make the view zoom in. You can't miss your red gravel yard. Good luck!

Hi.

Just did the good learth thing and found my house etc. but this must be a really old photo.

It was a little difficult to get to since I had to do the download and then figure out where to list my address etc..

By the way, my car didn't seem crooked to me ...just the shadows. LOL

Thanks for sharing!

Love,
Mom
